Wire transfer instructions are as follows: WE REQUIRE A $500 MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT FOR WIRE TRANSFERS
1. The transfer must be in $USD from a bank that has a relationship with a US Bank.
2. Instruct your bank with this term: "No originating bank fees to beneficiary."
3. The wire should reference the Mind Garden invoice or estimate number.
4. When we have verified that the amount of the wire transfer matches the amount of the order (and that no originating bank fees have been deducted), we will fulfill the order.

I ordered a product online and did not receive it
At the last page of the ordering process you can view instructions on how to log in and retrieve a PDF or access your online product. If for some reason you don't see the instructions, follow this process:
Go to www.mindgarden.com
Click on Login.
New customers: In the green box, enter the same email that you entered in the "ship to" on your order, and create a password.
Returning customers: Login using the Blue box. If you need to, click on "I forgot my password."
You will see the title of the product(s) you ordered. If PDF, click on a title for download and/or printing. If Survey Hosting or Reports, click on the campaign name and proceed through the tabs.
Students who use a Professor's voucher to order: You will receive an invitation to login and take the survey.
Mind Garden accepts payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or PayPal via our website shopping cart. We also accept Purchase Orders, checks, and wire transfers via either the website shopping cart or via the order form (order will be fulfilled upon receipt of payment).
PDF Delivery Time
When you order the PDF version and complete payment on your order, after checkout you will see instructions on how to retrieve your PDF (for multiple PDFs it is necessary to log in only once). Assuming there are no technical problems on your end or ours, PDFs will be available to you instantly. This PDF provides you one copy of the instrument or document with license to reproduce the purchased quantity.
If by some chance you do not see the instructions, go to our home page and click on Login in the upper right corner. In the green box enter your "ship to" email address twice and create a password. Then you can view, download, and print the PDF(s) you purchased. You are always welcome to email us with questions by clicking here.
Your PDF will remain on our server for approximately one year.
PDF Files / "No Returns Policy"
Most of our instruments are available for purchase in PDF format. PDF files can be read and printed on your computer with Acrobat reader (free), available at Adobe. It is important to know that this is exactly the document you want because you cannot "return" a PDF document.
We'll say that again: Please be sure you've chosen the right document, because PDF purchases cannot be returned. If you have any questions about the preview procedure, please call or email Mind Garden.
Returns and Exchanges
Reproduction licenses and PDF files may not be returned. Returns of printed manuals and workbooks will be accepted within thirty days of purchase. Returns must be sent to Mind Garden by certified mail or other traceable method. To receive credit, products must be in re-saleable condition and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
