MLQII 360 Leader's Report
Upon purchase, we will email you a link to your Transform™ Portfolio where you will create a MLQ campaign and enter participants’ names and email addresses (each report includes one license for Transform™ Survey Hosting). Participants will be invited to login to Transform™ and access their Participant's Page. Here, participants can add raters, access their self-assessment, view rater completion status, and verify their personal information. If you don't want participants to add their own raters or have access to these features, please read our Creating a Multi-rater Campaign Tutorial. You can monitor the progress of your participants and their raters from your Portfolio. Surveys will be scored and reports generated and released at your discretion.
The 360 Leader's Report breaks up rater scores by Rater Level. These levels (Higher, Same, Lower, or Other) are designated when adding raters on the Participant's Page. If less than two (2) ratings are completed at a Rater Level, that rating will "roll-up" into another Rater Level to protect rater confidentiality. For examples and more information on roll-ups, please see our MLQ and Multi-rater FAQ page.

Group Reports calculate and summarize average MLQII 360 Leader's Report scores from the MLQ 360 Suite for a group of participants and their raters and are available for purchase as an accessory.
The 6-page Executive Summary provides a brief overview of self and rater ratings along with benchmarks advising the optimal levels for each leadership style. It should not be used for development planning or decision making. Refer to the 360 Leader's Report for a comprehensive and detailed view of your leadership. The Executive Summary is generated at the same time as your 360 Leader's Report. View sample Executive Summary.
The Leader's Workbook helps leaders to expand their qualities of transformational leadership. Leaders select leadership styles to work on and develop a Leadership Development Plan (LDP) based on the results of the MLQ 360 Leader's Report. It contains developmental behaviors for each MLQ scale and item. Leadership is examined with respect to its relevance to work as well as being examined in the broader context of the life space of the leader.
"[N]ice to have, especially if you are serious about planning based on the instrument results."
