MLQ 3rd Edition Manual
The MLQ Manual and Sampler Set 3rd Edition has been expanded from the 2nd Edition to update the extensive research being conducted with the MLQ as well as adding chapters on development, theory, use and topics such as gender differences and diversity.
This research version includes the MLQ forms and scoring as well as a Technical Report of MLQ Research in the Sampler Set. The forty-five item MLQ contains the twelve Full Range Leadership styles, rater and leader forms.

MLQ Narrative Report
The multirater report brings home the relationship between the leader's perceptions and those of the raters. The report shows how best to use the MLQ data, explains Full Range Leadership, and provides tips for improving leadership. The Narrative report is available with an aggregate of data from your organization and in comparison to 2,028 representative ratings of leaders (general norms). The report includes the optimal target ranges for leadership behaviors.
The MLQ developmental report is colorful, graphic and provides extensive information about using the MLQ for development and for understanding the leadership model. Click here for a pdf file of all sections the report.
Full Web-Based asssessment and reporting for the MLQ is available in English, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Multirater Narrative Feedback
The narrative feedback provides additional comments for the Leader. Raters receive the following three open-ended questions; all comments will be included in the report:

- One thing that gets in the way of this leader's effectiveness is...
- What I admire most about his/her leadership is...
There is no extra charge for Narrative feedback when using the Web-based MLQ.

MLQ (Actual/Ought) Self-Rating Report
Measures how often a leader feels that he/she exhibits a full range of specific leadership behaviors (actual) compared with how often he/she would like to be exhibiting those behaviors (ought). Unlike the regular MLQ, this instrument does not require the feedback of associates to explore perception of leadership style. Perfect for when time limits do not allow for multirater information or when clients want to concentrate on self rather than rater feedback. Included is a pdf file of the Leader's Notebook.

MLQ Leader's Notebook
This notebook helps leaders to expand their qualities of transformational leadership. Leaders develop a Leadership Development Plan (LDP) based on the results of MLQ reports. It contains developmental behaviors for each MLQ scale and item. Leadership is examined with respect to its relevance to work as well as being examined in the broader context of the life space of the leader. Since so many behaviors are provided, this is best used by a consultant who selects pages to reproduce based on the leader's development goals.

Organizational Description Questionnaire
The Organizational Description Questionnaire (ODQ) is a brief twenty-eight item questionnaire and resulting report which help members of an organization explore the relationship between leadership style and their organizational culture. Measures how often each member of the organization perceives the culture of their unit, department, or organization, to be using transformational or transactional leadership styles. Using transformational and transactional leadership behaviors, the ODQ places the organization on a nine point scale spanning cultures such as Bureaucratic, Coasting and Highly Developed.
Report includes: an explanation of the ODQ and its use, a qualitative and quantitative look at the organization's cultural style based on the results of the questionnaire and a section on using the ODQ results to create behavioral and cultural change within the organization.
