Dr. Donna Dennis has over ten years of experience working with the MLQ and Transformational Leadership model. She has:
- used the MLQ with executive teams to help
- transform the culture and improve leadership and organizational capability,
- implemented full scale leadership development
- curricula utilizing the Full Range Leadership Model and the MLQ as a way to instill leadership concepts and skills
- utilized the MLQ for individual leadership coaching.
Donna’s clients include: Lehman Brothers, British Petroleum, Castrol, BD, KPMG, Aventis, Montclair State University and several not for profit organizations. Donna has taught adjunct for Wharton, Rider University and the University of Pennsylvania and chaired the Child Development Program at Parkland College in Champaign, Illinois for nine years.
Currently Donna serves as a board member for The Independent College Fund of New Jersey, consults to the board of the Trenton Children’s Chorus and provides executive coaching and leadership development services to a variety of leaders and businesses. Prior to owning her own consulting business Donna worked for RCA, General Electric, Chubb and Son, Inc., C.R. Bard and The Hospital of the University of Illinois. Throughout her corporate career she was responsible for leadership development, executive development, succession planning, selection and training and development. Donna’s PhD. focused on adult learning. Her work reflects deep skills in understanding the psychology of learning and being able to design and deliver programs that insure greater insight and action.
